Greg and his team did an outstanding job on my 2011 Tacoma. I had a lot of work done on my truck: super-charger, navigation system, seat extensions, bed cover, running boards, tailgate lock, lift kit, wheels & tires. I was nervous putting that much money in my beloved truck. As fate would have it, there was a problem with the super-charger. One in which the manufacturer had never seen before. Clearly this was out of Greg’s hands. It’s how the issue was resolved that matters. Greg did an outstanding job of standing up to the manufacturer and getting a new one installed as quickly as possible. My truck is everything I had hoped for. The talent at ARK is mind boggling. There’s nothing these guys can’t do. They even refurbish old gas pumps. (Taking ours to them soon.) Great service coupled with a friendly & competent team. Whether you're a Toyota owner or not, this is the shop you want to be going to. I've been to several offroad shops for my wife and I's vehicles and the guys at Ark Fab are the best. I'll dive into what sets Greg and team apart from others. I brought my own hardware for my 2023 toyota tacoma to start updating my truck for a "dream build" per se, supplying bilstein 8112's, elevate UCA's, and some other parts. They can order for you as well and that obviously helps if there's any kinks in the process. To be frank, if you want to "Buy once, cry once" for the vehicle and get it done right, then this is the place. The intake process was super easy and these guys know the hardware top to bottom. Brought the truck in, they did the entire install, and they kept me updated along the way with everything. Alignment was done so well I won't be bothered to take it anywhere else ever again. I picked it up and while I did have a small issue with my UCA, it wasn't Ark Fabs fault. That said, they set time aside for me to come in immediately, find a UCA that pairs properly to the 8112 ZCR shocks, and get it ordered so I'll get back to enjoying my truck. A+ shop and service for putting that level of priority into me for a truck that is my daily driver.
