"I made an appointment for my oil to be changed in my pro charger after searching for certified pro charger dealers. On the way there two blocks away my belt on my Pro charger blew due to a pulley lock up. I pulled into the parking lot, and I was met by the owner assuring me everything would be ok etc. They had it fixed and ready the next day and were the best folks I felt I could have found. I asked if I needed the upgraded spark plugs that another shop told me I needed, and the owner at ARK told me I didn't need them as I already had them in it. I was impressed by the shop as the store front blocks it off, but when you go to the back you will see how big of an operation they have and some cool cars in the back. I had just got a rock chip the week before, and the owner had his fried fill it before I picked up. Top notch all the way around and I will be going back for all my vehicles. Cool place and the husband-and-wife team owners are very cool and communicative. Chad Behymer"
